Our Story
At Pilgrim Christian Day School, we joyfully offer a comprehensive curriculum within a caring, Christ-centered community. We are committed to preparing students to become compassionate, responsible leaders. Working in partnership with home and church, we focus on developing the whole child—body, mind, and spirit—which is what truly sets us apart.
Established in 1948, Pilgrim Christian Day School is a Lutheran elementary school serving students from PreK3 through Grade 5. As the primary mission and outreach of Pilgrim Lutheran Church—affiliated with the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod—our school is deeply rooted in faith-based education and service.
Through rigorous academics, spiritual guidance, and meaningful opportunities to serve others, Pilgrim Christian Day School provides an environment where students flourish in every dimension of their lives.
We are fully accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education, and all faculty and staff meet or exceed the standards established by the state.
